No. Litigence is an intelligent assistant for the litigation team. It helps you analyse the case faster, see weak spots and draft documents — but the final decision, legal judgement and filing are always the lawyer's.

No. We do not position the product as a tool that predicts the outcome of a specific case or judge. Litigence improves the quality of position preparation, the evidence base and the argumentation. Its metrics are "position readiness", "evidence completeness" and "risk coverage" — not "chance of winning".

Legal databases help you find statutes and case law. Litigence works at the next stage: it connects the materials of a specific case, the evidence, precedent and arguments into a single litigation position. It's not a replacement for a case-law database — it's a layer on top of one.

General-purpose AI is good with text but doesn't work in a specialised way with a litigation workflow. Litigence is built around case materials, verifiable sources, evidence gaps and the logic of preparing a position. Every key conclusion is linked to a specific fragment of a document.

Terms are agreed individually. Three scenarios are possible: working with anonymised documents, an isolated pilot environment under NDA, or a corporate environment built to the client's architecture.

The first focus is commercial arbitration disputes: construction, supply, debt recovery, disputes over deliverables and documents. After that — insolvency, tax, corporate, insurance and banking disputes. The exact list for a pilot is agreed individually.

A map of facts and evidence, a list of evidence gaps, a set of verifiable case law, a risk map, a draft procedural document and a memo for the partner or head of practice. Every artefact is linked to its source.

At this stage the product is not built for everyday consultations, mass templated documents, criminal defence, family, immigration or other tasks unrelated to preparing a litigation position in a commercial or arbitration dispute.
